WebEx specialize in saving companies time and money through connectivity tools. Solutions involve online meetings (their flag ship product is WebEx’s old school meetings), remote access ( such aspcNow) and a range of business collaboration tools.

Intended for home users, WebEx PcNow is a popular tool for remotely accessing computers. Plans start at $10.35/month and a free 30 day trial is available. PcNow has features for live desktop sharing, webcams, file synchronization as well as remote file and print access.

WebEx PcNow uses 128-bit SSL and AES encryption as standard for connections. This means the end to end connection is very secure, there is also the option for phone authentication to secure the end users (a

very useful feature, as this is where most attacks happen). This feature uses an automatic system where the end user must enter a set access code. Also WebEx Pc Now offers the standard remote screen and

keyboard locking, to prevent unauthorized remote users eavesdropping.

WebEx excel in customer support. There is a 24/7 customer service line, as well as email contact. There are also a complete FAQ and contact forms.
